| In order to ensure stable growth for the the companies which will succeed KalMilInCo, KalNaPeCo, and KalNaFerCo, the Ministry of Trade and Industry requests that the National Assembly grants permission to give subsidies to upstart companies in the military, petrol, and iron industries. The success of these industries in Kalistan are essential to us and our military especially if we'd like to remain self sufficient. 1) The government of Kalistan is hereby allowed to grant subsidies to private companies upon careful consideration. 1a) In order to apply for government loans, a company must be facing bankruptcy. 1b) The government is also given the power to grant subsidies to companies within industries deemed to be imperative to Kalistan. |
