| 1.)By passage of this act the following (former) members of the government will be persecuted for treason: Marta Bierhoff,Bengt Löfgren, Charles E. Smith, Zeljko Jovic, Martin Kohler, Albrecht Johnson, Sverker Aberg, Jill Fullingham, Viktor Palmgren, Callum A. Spencer, Audrey Hill, Sara Elsig, Paul Brehme. 1.1 They are charged with contempt towards the laws of Solentia and the Solentian parliament. 2.) These persons will not be allowed to take up any political activity and will be sentenced to 2 years in prison. 3.) No Appeal against this decision is possible as this is an emergency decision and has been coordinated with the court of Solentia. |
