Description[?]:
Communist and Socialist Control Bill seeks to weed out the few remaining laws that directly fuel these philosophies, in an attempt to stabilize this capitalist nation. Upon passage of this law, the Republican Party will seek to bound these laws by a treaty, making it difficult for any socialist/communist party to break. For the sake of this bill, the socialist and communist economic philosophies will be represented as a single "communist" philosophy. Secondly, allowing for foreign investors into our nation will only bring capital from external countries into our great nation of Malivia. With the approval of the ministry of finance and the president, this bill shall also pursue the construction of a "corporate hub", requiring a 2 quarter investment of 5,000,000,000MCR each quarter. While this may be a hefty price, this will be a type of innovative hub created, designed, managed and maintained and financially supported by the government working in partnership with the private sector to provide shared workshop space, office space, landline, virtual assistant, website development and management, social media management, networking opportunities, business mentoring, business advice, business research, business angel guidance, tax advise, investment advice, computer access, broadband access, business grant information, business development opportunities and other necessary and vital space and services for a number of entrepreneurs, small business owners and self-employed people to use at a low-cost for a specific period of time. This HUB will be located in our Capital city, and will be an entire downtown district. After the first 2 quarters, this will be a self-sustained project funded by the private sector, and filled with hundreds of successful corporations, creating MILLIONS OF JOBS. The HUB shall be in the format of the following drafted picture: https://hongkongbusiness.hk/sites/default/files/imagecache/600x360/news/HK_buildings_35.jpg With the approval of the ministry of finance and the president, this bill shall also pursue the construction of the SEC or Securities & Exchange Commission, which shall be of its own building located in the downtown district of the the capital city, right across from "the hub". The SEC shall protect investors, promotes fairness in the securities markets, and shall share information about companies and investment professionals to help investors make informed decisions and invest with confidence. The SEC will be an independent government agency, to be headed by the ministry of finance. |
