(This bill was proposed by the MP Marcos Wynn) A unified national TOC would be way more effective in term of price, service quality and size of land distributed thant a broken system left to the private sector.. With a nationalize railway system, we will be able to ensure that the most urgent needs in term of transportation are taken care of. Provision; Article 1.1) Upon the passage of this bill, a new crown corporation named the '' Hutorian National Railway'' shall be created. Article 1.2) The Hutorian National Railway shall be in cahrge of all national railroad and train services. Article 2) Local Railway regulation and administration shall be left to provinces. |
