For the modernisation and improvement of our nation we propose the following articles for the consideration of the senate. 1.) The allowing of all consenting adults to obtain a certificate of marriage, this would allow same-sex marriages to be legally recognised, improving our equality and civil rights record. 2.) The legalisation of abortion in the first and second trimesters, to allow women a choice in relation to their reproductive health. Improving equality. 3.) The supply of free contraceptives in pharmacies and public toilets, to improve sexual health and reduce the number of unplanned pregnancies, also reducing the strain on social services. 4.) Anyone is able to claim nationality, anyone who has not been convicted of a serious crime is able to claim nationality. 5.) The legalisation of cannabis for recreation and pain relief. |
