| This bill has been delivered at the desire of his excellency, President Oscar Muscat of the Democratic Republic of Hobrazia. This has been presented to the house by Secretary of State John Steiner on behalf of the Nations Cabinet sitting in government. ARMED FORCES OF HOBRAZIA ACT: """"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""" ARTICLE 1: - Hobrazia will have one unified military organisation: Armed Forces of Hobrazia - This organisation will be composed of 3 sub structures; 1) Hobrazia Imperial Land Force 2) Hobrazia Imperial Air Force 3) Hobrazia Imperial Navy ARTICLE 2: - The President of Hobrazia is the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of Hobrazia - This gives the president the power to; 1) Declare war on a nation 2) launch military operations 3) declare peace or act of surrendering 4) appoint military leaders ARTICLE 3: - The Minister of Defences role will be to initiate the will of the commander in chief, our president. - It is the MoD's responsibility to give statements to the House of Representatives on matters of war on behalf of the president. |
