We had a law like this several years ago as part of Lese Majeste law(basically the Empress is apolitical in exchange for not being a subject of public criticism). Suffice to say it caused more issues than it otherwise could have done, so we aren't really keen on bringing it back.

We are going to abstain in this vote.
