| The SPP's idea is a good one, but we would prefer to be neutral on this issue. We have decided to take their idea of less government interference further by proposing that the government does not interfere at all. Amendment: Doctors may be exempted from performing gender reassignment surgery if it contradicts their religion, faith or morality. |

| Message | We would like to clarify that we are NOT the new SPP. This bill is not pro-LGBT, it just removes unnecessary government interference. We affirm that although we don't agree with the LGBT movement, we still believe that people should be allowed to believe what they want to believe, as long as they don't force their ideas on others like what happened in Hulstria/Gao-Soto in the past. We are NOT promoting, endorsing or supporting the LGBT movement in any way, which is why we want the government's policy to be neutral.
