| 2. All the companies belonging to tyrants or officials of the old regime are expropriated. This measure reaches direct and indirect relatives of up to three degrees of consanguinity. 3. All companies that have used slaves as direct workers are expropriated. 4. The "Kizenian Star" newspaper is expropriated 5. All the accounts of the companies and particular shareholders are frozen. 6. All companies and accounts are transferred to their workers within a maximum period of 6 months. 7. The companies operated or financed by officials or paramilitaries affiliated to LNRC are expropriated, under the regime described in art. 2 mentioned above 8. The price of expropriations will be determined by the ministry of economy or whoever it designates. It can be appealed, and the fines and penalties that are currently valid will be discounted. |
