(This bill was proposed by the senator Marcos Wynn) This bill was proposed by the minister of Infrastructure and Transport Marcos Wynn) Our current system of energy in Hutori in completly unacceptable. The sytem is entirely in the hand of the private sector which are praticly unregulated and free to do anything. The private industries have no responsabilities toward the publci whatsoever. There is no restriction about the quality of the service provided and they have no responsabilities toward the ditrubution of electricity in rural area, it's complete chaos. At this point, the only acceptable solution to this problem is to nationalize entirely the energy system. Provision: Article 1: Every electricity Company in Hutori will be nationalized by the federal government. Article 2: The state owned company called ''Energy Hutori'' will be re-create Article 3: Energy Hutori will manage and own the electricity production in all Hutori. Article 4 :Energy Hutori will be under the control of the ministry of Infrastructure and Transport |
