MessageThe Judiciary Committee evaluated this bill carefully and we agree that the voting rights of criminals who are still serving time should be restricted. Criminals are members of society who are paying their dues because of unlawful and hurtful actions they committed. As a Committee, we reached a consensus and recommend voting yes on this proposal.
