| (This bill was proposed by the senator Donna Barton) The governement should never restrict te right to choose of a woman. Abortion should be accesible at any point of the pregnancy if it is needed. However, we do understand that very late abortion could be consider morally problematic so we propose the following coompromise Provision; Article 1) Upon the passage of the bill, abortion shall be allowed during the first 6 month of pregnancy Article 2) All abortion perform after the first 6 month of prenancies shall be only allowed for medical emergencies |
