(This bill wa sproposed by the minister of Marcos Wynn) It is the responsibility of the government to ensure that no one is getting exploit or fraud by their landlord. By putting a decent cap on renting we can ensure that the house renting is done ethically at a fair price without destroying our housing economy. Provision; Article 1.1) Upon the passage of this bill, the ministry of Infrastructure and Transport shall have the responsibility to put a cap on housing rent. Article 1.2) If the cap on housing rent is deemed to be unfair to the renters or to the to the tenants, the House of Parliament shall have the right the annulate the cap, forcing the ministry of Infrastructure and Transport to re evalute it. |
