| (This bill was proposed by the MP Isabella Clark) In these days in ages, we believe that nuclear and chmical weponry are necessary in order to protect our nation agains't those who would seek it's destruction. Hutori is a nation of moraly and principales but not all the countries out there are the same. Many people on Terra would very much enjoy to see a beacon of freedom and liberty like Hutori being destroy and a large amount of them do posses these terrible weapons and we have an duty to keep ourselves ready if ever they use them. This is why we propose to change the law in order to only allow us to use these weapons in the conditions that another nation use them first. |
