Bill: Recreational Drug Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Lodamese Democratic Progressive Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: September 4579

Description[?]:

In a vote of 450 in the affirmative and 149 opposing, the LGC has voted to change the policy on recreational drug use.

We propose to limit the policy to keeping cannabis legal. The current law of a broad legality for all naturally-occurring drugs is dangerous in that it also includes those natural drugs that are very dangerous to humans. We resolve that cannabis shall remain legal while the legality of other natural drugs be determined on a case-by-case basis.
