| governance pact: this present agreement urges the 4 parties CDA, SPF, DC and MNP to agree on the following: 1 to achieve the first national democratic government of a conservative line for the period 4578-4580, to restore the democratic order of the nation to achieve a united democratic government that helps the citizens and that transforms the state of solentia 2: Elections will be held every two years to dismiss the president by electoral process and imply another by democratic means every 2 years 3: Radical parties are not allowed to participate in elections as they will return to the old regime of disorder and chaos that tube solentia. 4: the coalitions will be made freely by these parties and a government and opposition will be urged to work together for the change of each country 5: The signing parties promise to respect democracy and let the people decide who will be their rulers without applying several motions of censorship in order to end the gram democracy that is being done 6: the parties that do not participate in the general elections from time to time and delay in abstaining will be eliminated from the ballot for non-compliance with voting to exercise democracy 7: all the parties mentioned in this pact are invited to build the new nation and democracy that we want to achieve.
