Description[?]:

As many know, the year 4600 is coming upon us in 11 years. Many our concerned about a Y46K bug, which could cause catastrophic consequences according to many due to the calendar not supporting the year 4600. I think we, the Government, should make sure all our technology is ready for the new century and update our technology to support a calendar that goes all the way up to the year 10,000 AD. Terra is counting on all of us, including the Solentian Government. We should ask that other Governments join us in preventing this bug. Thank You.

Random fact: The majority of nations in Particracy are "Culturally Protected" with an established cultural background. Only the "Culturally Open" nations are not bound by the rules surrounding culture. The Cultural Protocols Index should be consulted for more information about the cultural situation of each nation.
