Bill: Improved Policing Policy

Details

Submitted by[?]: Black Magic

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 2208

Description[?]:

The recent deaths of unarmed police officers in Thorhall illustrate all too well the hazards faced by our brave men and women on the force. Police officers must be armed for one simple reason: the criminals are armed. Until and unless this situation changes, our officers must have the ability to defend themselves and the public. Also, preliminary reports show that at least two of the criminals came right through a border crossing without being stopped.

Random fact: Real life-life nationalities, cultures or ethnicities should not be referenced in Particracy (eg. "German").

Random quote: "The answer to global warming is in the abolition of private property and production for human need. A socialist world would place an enormous priority on alternative energy sources. This is what ecologically-minded socialists have been exploring for quite some time now." - Louis Proyect
