MessageWe oppose this proposal on the ground that it is unnecessary. If there would be any worry about the possibility of a tie in parliament (150 seats vs 150 seats), it would make more sense to propose 301 seats. Additionally, any EFdA proposal should be taken with precaution, since the last time they were in government they implemented feudalistic and ultraconservative policies that pushed our nation very much backwards.

MessageWe agree. The regional democracies deserve a regional leader of their local Government. We would like more reforms to strengthen the union. The EFA support the proposed 305 seats. It must be able to be divided by 5, so 301 is no option.

MessageWe support this amendement. Eventhough we are not sure on changing the number of seats in Budestag is really necessary.

Message"The largest party of each region (largest % of the vote) will appoint the Head of the Deelstaat / Bundesland. "

is highly problematic in a system, where there are more than two parties, due to vote splitting. This amendment would grant EFdA most regional governorships.

Additionally, besides the clear absence of necessity for changing the number of seats, the EFdA assumes that each region should send an equal amout of representatives, when it should clearly be proportional to the state's population.

Random fact: "Treaty-locking", or ratifiying treaties that completely or nearly completely forbid any proposals to change laws, is not allowed. Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation.
