Dearly Beloved Secrétaire Général Hélène d' Orléans-Vasser shall now hereby be dubbed the rightful heir to the crown that the Orléans-Vasser holds in Rildanor. She shall be Queen Hélène ll. The monarchy shall hereby be legally reinstated. The Queen wishes to not become Head of State for that we would need total support and we need to stick to Democratic-Socialist ideals. She shall have the power to speak on behalf of the nation as any other monarch would do. She shall have only symbolic power and not any power over the state. She shall inherit the Royal Palace. May the House live on forever! (OOC: This is only for roleplay nothing shall change except she can speak on behalf of the country.
