Whereas every citizen has a right to privacy, and

Whereas the government occassionally requires personal information in order to prosecute crimes, and

Whereas the power to search and seize should not be granted without limts,

Let it be resolved that any search or seizure of a person's property or body be permitted only by court order.

Let it further be resolved that any court found to have initiated a warrant without just cause shall be liable under criminal and civil law.
