MessageWhy are we subsidizing private enterprises that can't cut it? Won't this just encourage lousy business practices?

It's not that we don't care about job protection. But, theoretically, some hack could create a fake company and then have it subsidized by the government.

"We sell apples. $3,000 apples. Yeah. We're not doing so well, though...I imagine we're losing about 300,000 apple sales daily thanks to our competition. Help us out, government..."
