It is a matter of basic right, no one should be forced to sustain another living being inside their own body. Women should have full control over their body whatever in which state of pregnancy they are.

Provision;
Article 1) The right to abortion shall be extended to the entire course of the pregnancy.
Article 2.1) Every Abortion made in Hutori l will be completely refund by the ministry of Health and Social.
Article 2.2) The ministry of Health and Social will be in charge of regulating the price that private clinics can charge for abortions.
