Mrspeaker, our government must retake fully control of space operations and prompting it to new heights. The Prime Minister desires promoting a new ambitious space project for Istalia but we have to reorganize all the matter.
The new agency will be know as Istalian Authority for Space and Aeronautics - AISA.

The AISA will work on these projects:
- New Space Rockets
- A manned vehicle for space exploration and transport
- Low orbit space station
- A series of unmanned mission to space and other planets of our solar system
- A space telescope fleet
- A Manned landing vehicle
- A lunar mission

Alongside the main missions will be pursue research and projects for:
- New propulsion solutions research
- New propulsion experimental vehicles
- Aeronautics advanced Research
- New vehicles for extraTerra explorations
- New solutions for human life in space and extraterrestrial environments.
- New technological solutions for space and aeronautics
- Near and deep Space studying and Exploration

New funds will be allocated to the science and research
