Old value:: No new buildings may be constructed unless they feature provisions for civil defence.
Current: The government builds and maintains a network of shelters across the nation.
Proposed: The government makes no provision for civil defence.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change The nation's defence industry.
Old value:: The state owns national defence industries but these exist alongside privately owned defence industries.
Current: Defence industries are privately owned but subsidised by the state.
Proposed: Defence industries are privately owned and not subsidised.
Article 3
Proposal[?] to change The government's policy concerning the use of nuclear weaponry in warfare.
Old value:: The nation reserves the right to use nuclear weapons in retaliation to any attack.

Message | Nuff said, privatise the defence industry and stop wasting money on nucler shelters that dont work anyway. The money saved would be enourmous. Also if our glorious military are to have any ability that makes them worth while they must have first strike abilities. We cannot wait to be hit before we strike, such is suicide. |
