| The state of risk is a minor version of the state of emergency. It gives the government powers including some defined in this bill. http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=605137 Upon the passing of the bill, a national state of risk will be declared. This bill requires a two thirds majority of 350 votes to pas. However only requires a majority of 263 vote to be overturned. |
