MessageReducing the power of local governments won't help the country. It will just make the government stronger without solving people's problem.
As for the taxation of religious constitutions we definitely support it. It's a shame for the Left and Progressive Movement of Kalopia that Dimokratikos Synaspismos is planning to help religion this way. It's also very suspicious. What are the government's secret aims? Is this just a populist measure or a way to get support from specific institutions?

MessageWe don't believe in big government so we are against No1 and No2. We agree with the 3rd proposition. Punishing people because we don’t like their beliefs is wrong! We think that the 3rd article should be in a different bill, about religious affairs. Please separate the 3rd article so we can vote for it.

MessageOn the other hand, charitable donations are not taxed with the current legislation. So we are neutral to positive to the 3rd proposition. We would like you to separate the bill. Otherwise we are voting NO.

MessageCentralisation is the best way to fight local inequalities. For example if a municipality has a smaller budget than another one, it will be much more difficult to provide services like forest clearance and protection or police security. By centralising all these powers to the central government we ensure that every single citizen of Kalopia has access to this kind of services.

Random fact: Cultural Protocol bills must provide a real-life equivalent or short description for the ethnic groups, languages and religions contained in them, such that it would be easy for an unfamiliar player to understand (e.g. "Dundorfian = German"). Where appropriate, they should also provide guidance to players on where to find help with translations and character names. This might include, for example, links to Google Translate, Behind the Name's Random Name Generator and Fantasy Name Generators.

Random quote: "Religion is the sigh of the oppressed creature, the heart of a heartless world, and the soul of soulless conditions. It is the opium of the people." - Karl Marx
