| Message | Dont you have Orange? Orange is great it stops people from going through red lights as it gives them time to slow down. Left hand side is better because you hold your Sword in your Right and so if you pass them from the left obviously you get a better attack in. Thats why The Left is used because in the days of Cavalry charges one would aim for the weak side. The Right hand side comes from Jousting times as they tried to hit across themselves as hitting front on was more than likely to kill. SO although it was acceptable to kill in the Tourney needless death was not necassary. |

| Message | um... 1965 is a helluva long time ago. is anyone going to have a century old car?? if we are just bringing in this legislation, it should be veichles made the year the legislation is implemented, otherwise everybody has to have their veichles modified immediately. |

| Message | Not at all and LPE if you use that logic we are durrently flying in Hovercrafts! Cars in 1965 were not required to have seatbelts but were still deemed road worthy thats why i said 1965! Because it would be unfair to force someone to modify ones car! |

| Message | That is assuming that we passed legislation in 1965 that all cars manufactured had to have seatbelts. However, as far as i know this is Likatonia's first legislation of this kind. We cannot assume that one RL piece of legislation was passed and not all the rest. Therefore, before the implementation of these laws not all veichles will necessarily be fitted with seatbelts, and as you say it would be unfair to force people to modify that. Therefore the cut of year should be THIS year. |
