| This proposal presented by members of the PRN aims to completely overhaul the nation's crumbling infrastructure and rebuild the nation into a modern, stable, and thriving nation. This proposal will focus on the following solutions: *Re-modernize and expand airports in Valois, Eroncourt, Parmentier, Thiers, Iztapalata, and Meridia. *Expand the railway systems above ground and under group in metro cities and the national railway system between cities *Fix all major national highway along the nation's coasts and roads leading into metropolitan areas *Focus on the rehabilitation and construction of housing in suburban areas *Modernize government buildings and national transportation hubs with the latest technology Government buildings and housing buildings including, schools, and medical centers will be the priority focus of the redevelopment initiative, where as national transportation hubs will be secondary, however, both WILL be modernized regardless. Funding for the (NIRMI) will be provided by the National Government (Ministry of Infrastructure & Ministry of Finance(, private contractors, banks, and investors. A total of 60 Billion Lourennais Francs will be implemented over 10 years to complete the project with an option of extension for projects that haven't been completed. Upon Passage of this proposal, actions will immediately be taken to begin this initiative.
