Bill: Common Sense Environmental Policy Act of 4616

Submitted by[?]: National Archreactionary Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 4616
Description[?]:
The current environmental regulations of Lodamun are based on faulty science from the left and dogmatic religious assertions from the right, which for years polluted our environment, created unemployment and made us a international laughing stock. We propose to change these unscientific rules and replace them with common-sense solutions, we estimate the new regulations will create at least 6 gorillion jobs, thus revitalize our economy and ready us for a war against Likatonia in two years. |

Message | Mr Speaker, The party supports most of the economic and environmental proposals made in this bill. However we must vote against the anti-religious elements. Religious freedom is an important element of a liberal society and such freedom involves freedom of promotion and advertisement, as well as freedom to exist as distinct cultural entities. Hence we will be voting against this bill but are more than willing to support AfL economic proposals in future. Edward Clarke Leader of the Liberal Party |
Date | 18:36:20, August 08, 2019 CET | From | Lodamese Democratic Progressive Party | To | Debating the Common Sense Environmental Policy Act of 4616 |
Message | Mr. Speaker, As if the damaging proposals on the environment and freedom of religion wasn't enough, we are very much concerned with what the AfL said about a war with Likatonia. We have no reason to be going to war with the nation in question or any war for that matter. This rhetoric is absolutely ridiculous and also very dangerous, we call on the AfL to please stop this warmongering nonsense. Roland Moore, LGP Chairman |
Date | 20:51:33, August 08, 2019 CET | From | Democratic Socialist Progress | To | Debating the Common Sense Environmental Policy Act of 4616 |
Message | This is a shameful attack on the protectionworthy Environment of Lodamun. If the radical changes fought for in this bill would be realised, our former national animal the elysian Moray eel would surely die out, although we support the changes against religious dominance brought Forward in here, they weight much less than the coming total destroxtiun of our biosphere. Its because of this, the DSP says a fervent no to this bourgeois idea. |

Random fact: It is not allowed to call more than 5 elections in 5 game years in a nation. The default sanction for a player persisting in the early election tactic will be a seat reset. |
