Bill: A Superior Solution to the Threat of Nuclear Terror
Details
Submitted by[?]: Prince-Republican League - New EAPP
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: July 4617
Description[?]:
As our extra-parliamentary colleagues from DSP have recently pointed out, there is apparently growing danger of nuclear terrorism. However, their misguided and completely inhumane proposed answer to this threat under the name of "ABC Weapons Removal Act" can and must be avoided and swapped with a reasonable, non-destructive solution. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, This is a completely misguided solution to an existing Problem. Instead of fighting fire with fire and thus making our citizens essentially slaves to a military police, we have to remove the underlying causes just as we suggested in the bill you mentioned. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, This isn't a proposal toward a solution for nuclear terrorism, this is a proposal for installing an police state. We are vehemently opposed to this bill. Noland Moore, LGP Chairman |

Random quote: On 7th February 4281 a group of renowned Metzist experts from all across Terra met in Haldor to form the International Committee for the Estimation of the End Date of Capitalism (ICEEDC). With the assistance of a powerful computer, they calculated that capitalism will terminate Terra-wide on 6th November 4320, and in Dorvik on April 17th 4310. We have no reason whatsoever to believe these very eminent and learned scholars are wrong. They have never been wrong about anything before. ~ Friedrich Pfeiffer, General Secretary of the Dorvish Communist Party |
