In accordance with the Great Prince and Tsar's State Council, the Great Prince and Tsar has issued the following decree regarding the Trigunian nobility:

1. The title of Great Prince/Princess and Tsar/Tsarina is solely reserved for the monarch themselves;
2. The spouse of the reigning Great Prince/Princess and Tsar/Tsarina will bear the title of Great Prince/Princess and Tsar/Tsarina-Consort;
2. Immediate members of the Imperial family will be granted the title of "Grand Duke/Duchess";
3. Members of the extended Imperial family will be granted the title of "Prince/Princess of the Blood";
4. The Great Prince and Tsar, the Great Prince and Tsar's State Council and the Viceroy of Trigunia will have the authority to award the following titles as either "landed" or "non-landed" and will be hereditary and extended to the family of the awardee: Prince, Count and Baron.
