| (This bill was proposed by the minister of Health and Social Services Frederick Harris) A fair and equal access to medication is essential to ensure an healty life to all hutorian citizen. No one should ever be forced to go bankrupt in order to to be for the medecine that they need in order to live a normal life. Article 1) All hutorian citizen who are considered to be part of the lowest 20% eaeners of Hutori will have the entirety of their cost for essential pharmaceutical drugs cover by the state. Article 2) All hutorian individuals who are not affected by the Article 1 will have 50% of of their cost for essential pharmaceutical drugs cover by the state. |
