| Members of The Assembly, Given the shift in factional influence in this House I propose a new government cabinet which represents the support for a Banmek-Sntazed-Zhtál-led administration - with myself as Prefect. May god and the King guide me. I will allow some time to listen to petitions from either of the other two political blocs, should they have a desire to be represented in cabinet.
