This bill will reorganize the 'Kivonian Republic' in to the 'Kivonian Empire' under the rule of the Vermillion Dynasty with Oskar Hartenstein, the Marshal of Vermillion assuming the title: Emperor Oskar I of Vermillion & the Kivonian Empire. The Imperial title is also known as: Emperor of Vermillion and/or Emperor Vermillion.
OOC: All references of the Kivonian Republic and the Dictator in all RP Laws/Constitution will be changed to the Kivonian Empire and the Emperor/Empress respectively. Every time there is a new Emperor/Empress the motto shall be changed in accordance of the current Emperor/Empress's title and name like this: All Hail Kivonia! All Hail Emperor Oskar!


The governmental structure of the Kivonian Empire shall be this:

The Emperor/Empress is the Supreme Ruler of the Empire and shall be represented by the Consul of the Empire (or simply Consul) as the Head of Government. The Consul shall have no independent power and shall ONLY be serving in accordance of the National Salvation, the National Salvation Assembly, the Emperor and the Imperial Family. A Cabinet can only be proposed by the Head of State.

The Imperial Family is a merger of the small Hartenstein family and the Noble House of Bergeshöhen. The Imperial Succession shall be in the State of Primogeniture, though this can be exempted if another member of the Imperial Dynasty overthrows the sitting monarch, then they have in accordance of the National Salvation the right to claim the throne.
