| This Amendment will add a few articles in accordance of the soon to form Kivonian Empire. The amended constitution will go from the 'Constitution of the Third National Salvation' to the 'Constitution of the Fourth National Salvation' as it will be categorized in the 'Constitution of the Empire'. The three constitutions of the Republic will be categorized in the 'Constitution of the Republic'. The 'Constitution for National Salvation of the Republic & Dictatorship' will be renamed to: The 'Constitution for National Salvation of the Republican Empire & Dictatorship'. The category of 'The Laws for the foundation of the Republican Empire' will be added as a part of the new constitution. § 1. The Kivonian Empire shall be a Republican Empire as the title of Emperor was given to Oskar Hartenstein by the people and not by the National Salvation Assembly or by himself. (1): The Imperial succession will be by a State of Primogeniture, though this is exempted if a another member of the Imperial Dynasty overthrows the sitting monarch, they have then in accordance of the National Salvation the right to claim the throne: (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=606815), (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=606825&vote=yes) (2): The Emperor/Empress can change the Heir of the Empire if they have a reasonable cause. (3): The Heir of the Empire (Crown Prince/Princess) is expected to have good military, economic and political experience as well as experience in rulership. If an Heir does not have the majority of the merits an Emperor/Empress can change the Heir. § 2. The Imperial Family shall be the Vermillion Dynasty, which shall be created through the merger of the Hartenstein family and the noble house of Bergeshöhen. (2): The Emperor/Empress will hold the title of Marshal of Vermillion. (3): The Empress Consort will hold the title of Lady of Vermillion. (4): The Prince Consort will hold the title of Lord of Vermillion. (5): A Prince/Princess will hold the title of Prince Vermillion/Princess Vermillion. |
