| (This bill was proposed by the minister of Internal Affairs Cheryl Lancton) It is a right for the hutorian people not to live through military dictatorship. The militaries do not have capabilities to act as a police force nor do they have the necessary formation to perform the duty of a police officer. Of course, in time of emergency we should be capable of calling the millitary for help like in the case of natural disaster, but they should never be given the right to replace police officer. Provision: Article 1) Under the passage of this bill, no millitary shall have the right to perform the duty that would be expected to be perform by a police officer on the hutorian soil. Article 2) The millitary shall still have the right to perform any duty related to helping the country during national emergencies or war as long as this do not contredict the first article. |
