Description[?]:
Mr Speaker, As Minister of Science and Technology, the words by Mrs Mossadeq really upset me. This Government will not forget the AISA and our space programs. This government, indeed, will promote a cooperation between public and private, we will open to infustrial agreements with private partners to subcontract services of several kind. From rockets, satellite and spacecraft to also entire missions. The AISA already obviously contracted and subcontracted to several istalian companies for equipements and technological devices, but after the passage of this bill the AISA will be able to contract and subcontract to the private partners, as said, up to entire missions. The AISA will be mainly focused on the deep space exploration while privates will manage several services within the Terra orbit. We are sure that such a cooperation will bring great benefits and also better results with less waste and expenses. This government and foremost me, as said, will continue to work on this field but with a different approach and we will be open to international cooperation. I’ll personally get in touch with forein nations involved in space exploration to propose an international cooperation to buid a space station not in Terra orbit but orbiting the Moon. The project of the Frontiera space station can easily adapted for such a mission and Terra will have thus a way to operate fast regular moon landing and depart and also such a station will be a veritable stepping stone to further explorations in the rest of our solar system. Thank you - Nadir Odeh, Minister of Science and Technology |

Message | The words of the minister of Science are misleading. By approving this bill we would undermine international cooperation about space programs, and for this reason we are against it. |
