Bill: Benefit Reform Act 2208 (Child)

Details

Submitted by[?]: Jelbék Zemojad Lofrkad Prta

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: January 2210

Description[?]:

Wheras: Child benefit was provided for only low income families in the Free Republic of Jelbania.

It is the consideration that the huge cost incurred by raising a child is not assisted with for large families, which experience this the most.

Henceforth, should this Bill pass into Law: Child benefit shall be provided on the same basis for both low income and large families, in order to ensure greater fairness and effectiveness in the system.

AMENDMENT 1.
i. Henceforth, Child Benefit shall be provided on the same basis for all families of Jelbania.
Proposer: The Conservative Party

MessageNo, actually I like "The State guarantees child benefit to all families" better. That would be more fair and effeicient in the system.

Random fact: RP laws follow the same passing rules as in-game variable laws. Laws that are not of a constitutional nature require a simple majority "Yes" vote from active parties currently holding seats. Laws that are of a constitutional nature require a 2/3 majority "Yes" vote from active parties currently holding seats. RP laws may be abolished a simple majority vote this applies to ANY RP law.
