| Honoured colleagues, The time has come to act. We must show a strong iron fist to the Deltarian Savages. With this bill we propose the following: - Ceasing all exports to Deltaria - Forbidding Vanukean companies from doing business with Deltarian companies - Ceasing all Deltarian economic assets within the Kingdom - Ceasing all imports from Deltaria - Urging all our staunch allies to join these efforts; Until the Deltarians decide to cease their incursions into Jelbania and the production of their WMD's. Any further suggestions are welcome. The Minister of Foreign Affairs, mr. Wrnuszkus, has also contacted his Jelbanian colleague in hopes of assisting them with a no fly zone or any other assistance. Once we pass these economic sanctions I propose we draw up an ultimatum to stop the Deltarians from producing nuclear weaponry, such an unbalance cannot be tolerated on this world. | Message | Honourable Members of the Grand Council, It is imperative we bring an end to the Deltarian aggression and we are encouraged that the government has decided to implement these economic sanctions and will vote with them on this. However, we also know that in order to be completely successful the international community will need to work with us on this matter, so that we can strangle the Deltarian economy into submission. Therefore, as part of the government's attempts to urge allies to join these efforts, we ask that the matter is raised in the World Congress by our ambassador, where there is no love lost for the Deltarian warmongering or attempts to become a nuclear power. I believe this will lead to several of the Security Council members joining us in this endeavour and, by extension, nations within their various spheres of influence will co-operate too. Honourable members, I really believe we must act now while Deltaria remains comparatively weak. If we appease them or hope this will go away, Deltaria will grow in military strength and in years to come we will regret any procrastination. Therefore I back all and any action to bring them to heel, including overthrowing the villain at the centre of this - the Czar, who is a smear on proper monarchies around Terra.
