| Message | Cutting expenditures from health, infrastructure, education etc. in favor of Head of Government does not seem appropriate. Besides by this budget proposal government expenditures is doubled. It can not suitable our nations' desire for small government. We would recommend ruling party to reconsider this proposal. |
