MessageWe have several issues with this bill.
Firstly, we are a landlocked nation. We shouldn't even support a whaling industry to begin with, so there is no need to divert funds to an industry we cannot sustain.
Secondly, exotic animals have no place in domestic life, and this applies to wild animals too. Leave wild animals in the wild. There is a reason that domesticated animals (i.e. cats and dogs) exist.
Third, hunting should be legal, not necessarily killing animals. While I understand that in order to obtain hunting licenses killing animals as a whole needs to be somewhat legal, it should be known that if this is in fact the intention, the bill should state as such.
Finally, registration of domestic animals has several benefits, including finding lost partners, watch lists, and citizen data. If domestic animals were unregulated, it would not only become increasingly more difficult for owners/guardians to find and recover lost pets, but it could create a massive problem with sterilization, which can eradicate any non-domestic species in Dundorf via excessive breeding. This is, of course, a worst case scenario, but it is still something we would seek to prevent. We vote no.

MessageWe like articles 1 and 2, the others not as much. The exotic animals article is especially worrying to us. Whaling policy is pointless, and wild animals are for professional study, regulated hunting, and the general enjoyment of the public in the wild. Wild and pet do not mix.

MessageFirst of all I wish to thank the LKP and WMP for their contributions.

1. the whaling art is meant that we have no objections to import whale meat and oil for our industry and consumers.
2. the exotic anamals meant are not listed as a dangered specie and the state has no reason to deny citizens for having these animals.
3. eating meat is part of our existence and culture and the current situation means that a black market is in place to fulfill the needs of our population. Fighting these criminal acts costs a lot of police time.
4. registrating the keeping of domestic anaimals is really knowing what ? I bet that the reality according to your files does not even near the real situation anyway. To my party it is red tape that can- and should be avoided.

However, we have moderated the exotic article and removed the whale article as well, hoping that this bill would be more accepable.

Thank you,
