The Commander-in-Chief is the Prime Minister of the Republic of Mordusia. The civilian and policy control over the armed forces is handled by the Secretary of the Department of Defense. The day-to-day operational planning is handled by the Chief of the Defense Forces and the Defense Forces Staff. The Mordusian Defense Forces (MDF) is comprised of 3 primary branches, the Mordusian Army, the Mordusian Navy and the Mordusian Air Force.
