MessageWould article 1 rule out small scale power generation being banned i.e. solar panels on roofs or if someone built a small turbine in a stream?

MessageActually, the change in article 1 would rule out solar panels as the law currently states that "Small scale private electrical generation is permitted" not small private powerstations. The change would nueter the use of solar panels as they would not be part of the State owned generation system.
Also, in relation to article 2, we fail to see the need to re-nationalise this as the current situation allows for both private companies to make money (thusly allowing for entrepreneurs) and stops them charging overly high prices. It's win win!
