Bill: Ethical Tariffs Act of 4642

Details

Submitted by[?]: Socialist Party of the Solentian People

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 4642

Description[?]:

Trade is a great strength and unites the global community to help everyone prosper. But some countries don’t uphold human rights or discard the environment. So in this bill we would like to propose ‘ethical’ tariffs that would mean countries who don’t care for the environment or have a poor human rights record will have tariffs inflicted on trade imports.

We urge you to agree with this bill and uphold human and environmental rights

Thank You
