Message | This bill is presented to the floor by the entire Education and Labor Committee after careful evaluation of our current education system. We asked the Department of Education and Culture to assist us, along with representatives of Teacher Unions and several other organizations. We agreed that education is a basic Human Right and that it must be made available to all citizens, but we also agreed that there are certain aspects where the private sector can make huge contributions. We present the bill and recommend to vote to pass. Clint Hanson Education and Labor Committee Chair |
