Message | This bill was presented to the Education and Labor, Business, Homeland Security and Internal Affairs and Science, Space and Technology Committees. The Committees held joint investigations with the Internal Affairs, Science and Technology, and Education Departments. We also requested the Oversight and Reform and Judiciary Committees to conduct an investigation to determine if the current laws constituted a violation of Human Rights. One month later, they presented a full report, on request, concluding current laws in fact violate Human Rights. For this reason, the Committees decided to submit the bill to votes in each of their individual hearings. It passed in all of them. The Supreme Court also issued an opinion asking for the Bill's approval. All Committees present this Bill to the floor and recommend voting to pass.
