MessageSecretary of Finance Mitchell evaluated our current budget, discovering we'd been working on a deficit much higher than 15M LIK. In collaboration with President Nguyen, they drafted a new budget to better address the deficit and this is the proposed bill. We must approve a new budget soon to evade inflation and it is imperative to protect our economy.
