| Once again, a bill to continue the AM Revolution! agenda. The Axis Mundi Revolution seeks to overthrow the work done by the previous leadership. Power to The People! The Axis Mundi Revolution includes a few elements in this Bill, to address the recent violence in Hukatai province that led to the Axis Mundi PSS feeling it was too unsafe in that province, to attend the Convocation for an entire term (2203-2206). This is a three-pronged initiative, designed to lessen the risk, and confront the insurgent elements in Hukatai prefecture. 1) The AM Revolution recommends that we consider relocating the centre of government, to St. Vodinsburg, Sorbanika. 2) The AM Revolution recommends that we temporarily allow police the right to disperse a crowd, if they have reason to believe trouble may follow, otherwise. 3) The AM Revolution recommends that there by no 'hidden carry' law in the immediate future. We recommend, instead, that, where weapons are allowed, they MUST be displayed openly. Other than that, the AM Revolution has a number of recommendations to place the Power back in the hands of The People. |

Proposed: The government builds and maintains a network of shelters across the nation.

Current: People must first obtain a permit in order to carry concealed weapons.
Proposed: Where weapons are carried, this must be done openly.

Old value:: Religious organizations are not permitted to actively promote themselves or advertise, however evangelism is permitted by individuals.
Current: Religions are not permitted to promote themselves or advertise in any manner whatsoever.

| Message | Articles 1 and 4 are still attempts to address this current issue of 'violence' in Hukatai province. They are actually both issues we wish the Axis Mundi Revolution did not HAVE TO address, and we have opposed just EXACTLY this kind of legislation before... but we believe it is a 'must-be-done' situation... at least until Hukatai becomes less of a hotbed of violence. We thank the AM PSS for their support. |
