MessageMr. Speaker,

The SF seems hell bent on undoing the system of higher education funding set up by my great grandfather simply for political gain. The means-tested funding for higher education plan set up by the New Liberals and Conservatives over a hundred years ago is as progressive as it comes! Under this bill the state would pay for even the wealthiest among us to go to college or university at no charge to them! How is that equitable?! Why should the state subsidize the education of those who can afford to pay tuition and fees?

This is just one of the many issues ARC has with this bill. We ask that our partners in opposition and our friends in the USPH oppose this bill on the grounds that it subsidizes even the wealthiest Hutorians.
